You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Gelmud a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the platform.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any platform content without our express written permission.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

6.1 Fees

6.2 Payment Processing

7. Live Sessions and Instructor Interaction

7.1 Scheduling

Live sessions are scheduled in advance. You are responsible for attending sessions at the scheduled time. Missed sessions due to your absence may not be rescheduled or refunded.

7.2 Conduct During Sessions

You agree to maintain professional and respectful conduct during all live sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session and potential account suspension.

7.3 Recording

Sessions may be recorded for educational purposes. By participating, you consent to such recording and its use within the platform.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms of Use or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
